WHEN ANTI REASON DESCENDS

Only one generation ago there lived a lunatic in Germany. A failed artist who began a mantra that the ruination of the Mother Land, the poor economy and all of the ills associated with it was the sole fault of the Jewish race. No one paid much attention to him in the beginning. But the few who did began chanting the mantra as well. And the more who sang the chorus, the more who came to the beer houses to listen to this distant star speak. Finally, an organization was formed around the tenets of this madman. After our own stock market crash in 1929, the situation in Germany was dire. Millions were out of work. And this little man’s organization promised to strengthen the economy and provide jobs. The desperate average German began to listen to the anti reason. By 1933 the Third Reich had taken hold. By 1945 eight million Jews had been exterminated in the camps. The Nazis were the epitome of the ultimate anti reason. Every atrocity was committed on a massive scale in the concentration camps. Why? Because people accepted the anti reason from an insane pip of a failure named Adolf Hitler. The German people knew very well the Jews were at the very least being taken to concentration camps. They were completely cognizant their own freedom was being taken away. And what did they do? They raised their hand in salute. I have my own prediction in my novel, THE SECOND FALL, that this tyranny will soon be with us in the United States as well. The following excerpt from the novel explains:

“Candidate Young spoke about peace–the peace that would be enforced martially. He spoke of the elimination of poverty, which really meant the disintegration of prosperity. He spoke of freedom from anxiety, when he really meant the murder of the soul.

And America was buying it. America was applauding loudly. The country didn’t feel the need to contemplate anymore. It had the Devil’s Advocate, which sat in their living rooms, to relieve them of that tedious duty. One third-party candidate on his infrequent television appearances in the lower cost, after midnight slot, screamed of the rapidly approaching Marxism to the United States. He was drowned out by Young’s well-financed campaign and the ho-hum indifference from the whopping thirty percent who would actually vote–if it wasn’t too chilly.”
