Rochester, N.Y.- The man accused of forcing his way inside a Rochester apartment and raping a woman pleaded guilty in court Wednesday.
Marvin Sevilla-Rosales pleaded guilty to predatory sexual assault, first-degree rape, and second-degree conspiracy.
Police said he knocked on the door of an apartment on Alexander Street in July.
When the woman answered, police said he forced his way inside, attacked her, and stole her phone and money.
Police found him in the old subway bed on Court Street.
He faces 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced on May 28. [bets he gets probation]
