Contemporary American Government has evolved into being nothing more than a cadre of well-dressed men and women gathering together in a pristine venue, to conjure up innovative new ways to steal people’s hard-earned money. Then these aristocrat wannabes engage in demagoguery, fraud, fear-mongering, smoke and mirrors, and outright lying in an attempt to justify their re-distributive tax and spend policies.
This behavior has nothing whatsoever to do with politicians having compassion or an emotional attachment to certain groups of people. This conduct is solely for the selfish purpose of bolstering, protecting and expanding their own political power. Government calls it taxation but it is tantamount to de-criminalized robbery at the point of a political gun and/or targeted, veiled IRS threats.
f allowed to fester and continue unabated, this political dynamic will convey utter weakness to our enemies and ultimately destroy our nation from within. But our politicians don’t really care about this probability. Politicians truly believe that they will be allowed to retain their vaunted, elite position at the top of our societal heap, in this New World Order. Machiavelli and The Prince would be so proud of them all.
These arrogant, drunk on power politicians DO NOT have a revenue problem. They DO have a huge spending problem. Trust me on this one subject class: Politicians are not smarter than us. They are not uniquely gifted to be politicians. They are public servants. I reiterate, all power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
