There’s no question that graffiti is a crime, but the punishment for this should be in line with other graffiti cases. Prosecuting graffiti that criticizes illegal immigration and the Democratic Party as a hate crime sets a very troubling First Amendment and general legal precedent.
The left would like nothing more than to criminalize all criticism of illegal aliens. This could be their foot in the door.
