This woman who was “cold-cocked” and who Foval alleges was trained to “birddog” is Shirley Teter. Teter made national news in 2016 when she was involved in an altercation at a Trump rally in North Carolina. She is now suing Project Veritas Action Fund for defamation over our 2016 videos.
