Russia has taken a drastic step by banning the entry of 500 US nationals, notably including former President Barack Obama, into the country. This development was reported on Twitter by AFP News Agency on Friday.
This action is seen as a symbolic move that reflects a lack of approval of the policies pushed by both Obama and his successor, President Joe Biden. The timing of this ban also coincides with the publication of Special Counsel John Durham’s report on the origins of the Trump-Russia probe and the conduct of FBI and Department of Justice during that period.
