100 protesters marched, they held signs and screamed chants such as “Hey you millionaires, pay your fair share,” and “Hey Cuomo, you’re the worst, time to put the people first.”…
State Police shut off escalators blocked by protesters and helped others not involved with the protest get through….
Protesters, mainly from New York City, blocked the escalators and other entrances with broad signs…
Whenever a police officer arrested a protester, the crowd cheered like their team just hit a walk-off home run….
“It’s unfair for Governor Cuomo to target the most vulnerable New Yorkers with his budget cuts,” whined Jennifer Flynn* as police led her away in handcuffs….
Others said they felt they had been mislead by Cuomo during his campaign….
“Cuomo got into office on the backs of people like me, and he betrayed us,” whined Larry Gadson* from New York City….
