Attached is a copy of a letter to Dr. Anthony Billittier, Erie County Health Commissioner and Dr. Diane Vertes, Erie County Medical Examiner concerning their activities and those of their offices subsequent to the discovery of the frozen and naked dead body of 20 year old Amanda Wienckowski in a jack knife position upside down in a garbage tote on the East side of the City of Buffalo on January 9, 2009 after she was reported missing on December 8, 2008.
