CALL TO ACTION!
Next week, June 15-June 18, the U.S. House of Representatives will be voting to repeal two harmful provisions of ObamaCare: the medical device tax and the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). As a strong supporter of H.R. 160 and H.R. 1190, and a committed proponent of health care that is patient-centered, AMAC needs your help to ensure these bills are passed! Please lend your voice to this significant discussion by asking your Representative to repeal the medical device tax and the IPAB once and for all. You can take action by calling your Representative’s office or sending an email using the form at the bottom of this page.
Call your Representative in Washington and convey the following message:
I am calling to urge the Congressman to take a stand against two intrusive ObamaCare provisions: the medical device tax and the Independent Payment Advisory Board. The medical device tax has already cost thousands of jobs and threatens the development of critical life-saving technologies, while the IPAB further erodes the doctor-patient relationship and infringes on personal liberty. As a concerned constituent and a proud American, I implore the Congressman to vote for H.R. 160 and H.R. 1190 to unburden American businesses and the public from these disastrous ObamaCare statutes.
